We proudly say yes. We are guided by the strictest standards to ensure our products perform safely on our skin. We are also registered in The National Agency of Drug and Food Control or known as Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (BPOM).

DOES BLP SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Unfortunately We don’t. You have to create different order to ship to different addresses.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED/ SENT?

Unfortunately you can't. We only ship the order to the address written.

CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER I CHECK OUT?

Unfortunately you can't, because after checking out your order is recorded. If you want to add items, kindly make a new order without logging out.

 

CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?

Yes, you can. You are able to pay in our website in IDR. Both are processed after clicking "Confirm Order" button.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE IN BIG QUANTITY?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

I HAVE RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS SOME DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please do so within 7 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges. Refunds will be credited to your bank account. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought online on www.blpbeauty.com or from our official stockiest.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN SALE ITEM(S)?

No you can't, sale items are non-changeable and non-refundable. All sale items are final.

BLP Beauty currently does not ship to destinations outside Indonesia. We apologize for any inconvenience.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We only process your order during our working days, from Monday to Friday from 10 am – 5 pm. We ship every day except Weekend and public holiday.
All confirmed orders will be processed on the following day. 
We will ship your order if there are no problems occurring in terms of payment. 
If your order is confirmed on Friday, your order will be processed on the next Monday. Note that our order process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  1. MAGNIFLEEQUE does not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after 'Si Cepat' delivers to the designated address.

  2. Customers are responsible if 'Si Cepat' can't deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.

  3. If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer's conditions.

  4. If there are any shipping errors coming from BLP, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.

  5. We also do not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company - both for sending and returning the product to us.

  6. If you have more than 1 ID numbers you have to pay each shipping fee for each order.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?

After you order is confirmed, we will process the order the NEXT DAY / in 24 hours on weekdays. 

Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company.

After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 1-2 days for domestic and 3-8 days for international deliveries. 
In short, from confirmation time the order will arrive earliest in 3 days.
